  first visit they billed me wrong i talked to them for two months with promises they will fix it but they didn't and because they wouldn't resolve the issue with me i had to have the insurance company call them to have it resolved. The Dr wanted to break up visits i guess to receive multiple copays... i didn't understand why a visit to talk about my anemia had to be a separate visit for giving me an RX for anxiety meds. I called to get to get medical records the first call i was hung up on, called three times right after no answer. when i actually got an answer the receptionist was extremely rude ( no need to get into the conversation we had) so of course i didn't want to deal with them so asked if my Dr could call and get the records sent directly to them and she said no uhhh ok .... who ever the office manager is please explain to your staff that if a Dr calls for records for a mutual patient just as long as the hippa forms are signed you can release those records to the Dr without the patient signing a release. needless to say looking for a new pcp.
