  When I first moved in, I actually liked it or thought I did. The sample apartment is very nice, but the apartment I live in not so much, everything is on a slant. When I first moved in management kept saying only 2 people could live in a 1 bedroom apartment or they would have to get a 2 bedroom or vacate the property. Fine with me, I have no plan on starting a family while living in a apartment anyway. But as time went on I see, entire families living in 1 bedroom apartments. I mean 5 and 6 people!!! Originally my downstairs neighbor lived alone, but at the end of the summer his girlfriend and her kids moved in and it has been made my living arrangement unbearable. I thought complaining to managemt would help. NOPE. The noise continues every day!!! Oh and maintenance is a joke. I have an outstanding maintenence request from when I moved in over a year ago. You have to make several maintence request before anyone even thinks to come out. And management has the nerve to act clueless when you complain about the poor maintenence. When my lease is up I will more than likely move out.

  Horrible place to live. Management ignores you and maintenance is horrible. I have been waiting over a month for a working refrigerator, and don't request a reasonable accommodation.....
  To Emerald Ridge and Altman Management,
  
  I have decided to vacate no later than January 20, 2017 for the following reasons:
  
  1. I can no longer live here with the squirrels living in the unit.
  2. My maintenance requests continue to be ignored, and I can no longer tolerate it.  Management staff do not respond accordingly, nor do they follow up behind maintenance issues.  The owner stopped by one day, and stated that the requests would be addressed, however, they remain outstanding.
  3. I do not feel safe in this apartment with the drug activity on one side and the day care on the other side of this apartment.  Both have foot traffic that is unbearable.
